Barcelona beat Villarreal to reach the final but the midfielder urged his team-mates to immediately switch their focus to La Liga and the Champions League

Barcelona star Andres Iniesta has told his team-mates that they must forget about the Copa del Rey until the final and focus on La Liga and the Champions League. Barring losses to Real Sociedad and Malaga, the Catalans have been in supreme form since the turn of the year and they currently sit two points behind Real Madrid in the Primera Division, while they hold a 2-1 first-leg lead over Manchester City in the Champions League last 16. Iniesta is delighted with their run of results and is hoping Barca can improve their chances of winning a treble in the weeks ahead. "We are in great form and extremely happy," he said to Marca. "But now we are going to put the final to one side and focus on the other two competitions we are in. "Reaching a final is reason enough to be proud. Now we want to finish the job at hand. When you are in a good moment you have to try and make it last even longer. We are in a good place, but we can't stop now. "It is a fine line between moving forward and standing still, so we will just think about what is next and that is the game against Rayo. Then we will think about what comes after that." Barca's next game is at home to Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.
